About Kemtal Glasgow
Kemtal Glasgow is a Leadership Coach and Consultant to leaders and executives who want to enhance their communication, leadership, operational, and management acumen. Helping leaders and teams drive results. Based in Dallas, Texas, Kemtal is the Founder of Victoryville Group LLC, an executive leadership consulting firm that helps individuals and organizations achieve goals. Known as a dynamic speaker who builds exceptional leaders and teams, Kemtal is laser-focused on delivering excellent customer service moments and high-level execution.
He has led countless organizational expansions, taking teams and business units into new territories through innovation, training, and development, and identifying and implementing the right key performance indicators (KPIs) within teams. He then applies this information to develop a strategic plan to meet operating goals and drive goal-focused decision-making.
Kemtal has been proficient at raising the bar on employee engagement and customer satisfaction while driving sales through legendary customer service and affinity programs. He has developed numerous training programs as a leadership coach, including creating the Triomphe Situational Leadership Model(™). He has coached The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) to nonprofit teams, incorporating a framework that helps companies and ministries identify and prioritize their most important goals.
Early Career in Retail Management
Kemtal Glasgow studied at triOS College, a higher education institution focusing on Business Technology and Healthcare. He graduated in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), a path of education that prepares students for employment in various roles, including IT managers, systems analysts, and database administrators. He spent over a decade working for TJX Canada as a Retail Manager, moving quickly through numerous roles within the organization, including Field/ Operational Trainer, Store Systems, and Store Operations Manager. Eventually, he was given managerial duties, which included supporting and overseeing numerous stores in Western Canada.
Kemtal’s success in retail management is unquestionable. He was directly involved in over 40 new store openings, relocations, and renovation operations, including the launch of the first 6 HomeSense stores in Canada. Kemtal is notable for driving results in employee management and customer satisfaction. He was skilled at managing workflow and resolving conflict by identifying and solving problems with critical thinking and creativity.
Director of Leadership Development
In 2007, Kemtal Glasgow transitioned and became Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions. This Texas-based missionary program was designed to offer young people unique short-term experiences abroad and in the US. It is here that Kemtal honed his mentoring and motivational speaking skills. His job was to develop all leadership training programs for project directors and managers.
Kemtal was promoted to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire. The live events arm of Teen Mania. Under his leadership, the ministry grew. Glasgow was in charge of a team of nearly 100 staff and interns. Under his direction, the nonprofit launched numerous new product offerings and operational efficiencies. He also implemented digital technologies to improve reporting systems, streamline workflow efficiency, and improve communication between departments and teams.
Executive Director and Faith Leader
Kemtal Glasgow is a highly sought-after motivational speaker with expertise in organizational leadership, business management, and employee relationships. He is the founder and managing partner of Victoryville Group LLC, based in Dallas, TX. Previous to that, Kemtal served as an executive Pastor at Gateway Church, a nondenominational evangelical Christian megachurch in Texas. In that role, he oversaw nine campus locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolis. After his transition, Kemtal has focused on helping others who have been hurt in some capacity by the church.
He has also served in AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region. In that role, Kemtal encourages and edifies pastors who need a supportive voice.
Kemtal Glasgow is a charter class graduate of the AFCM International Training Center in Calgary, Alberta. He is also an alumnus of the Huge O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation. This organization inspires and develops young people worldwide to serve as volunteers and serve a life dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation. Kemtal is full of gratitude for his time in vocational ministry, and while he has no plans to return, he does want to help pastors and leaders and those who the church or other religious institutions have hurt.
In addition to serving as Managing Partner at Victorville Group, Glasgow enjoys coaching the next generation of business and nonprofit leaders and executives. He is also a guest lecturer at various leadership seminars, conferences, and retreats nationwide.
